Job Description

Mother Teresa Foundation Canada is looking for a reliable and organized Administrator to support the foundation’s daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about helping the community.

The Administrator will help with communication, scheduling, record keeping, document organization, volunteer coordination, and general administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with emails, phone calls, and general communication.
  • Organize documents, records, and contact lists.
  • Support volunteer coordination and scheduling.
  • Help prepare reports, forms, and basic documents.
  • Maintain organized files for donations, programs, and community work.
  • Assist with planning meetings, events, and outreach activities.
  • Support the foundation team with daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Professional, respectful, and responsible.
  • Comfortable using email, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or Excel.
  • Able to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Passion for nonprofit and community service work.
